EagleTec cnc wood lathe machine for sale here with a configuration like this: single rotary axis with 4.0kw (5.4HP) servo turning motor, two pieces wood turning tools, adjustable gymbal & spindle; The universal gymbal allows the electronic spindle motor to work in two ways: vertically or horizontally. Servo motor is adopted as the main turning motor, which performs better on carving jobs without losing step. The maximum simultaneous axis quantity of the wood lathe machine is three (not 4 axis simultaneous). It can do turn-milling, broaching, turn-broaching, and embossment carving on column jobs. Max. Machining size is 300mm diameter by 1500mm length (11.81"D x 59"L). Design of two pieces of wood lathe chisels, one for roughing and the other for finishing, executes both roughing and finishing machining in one work cycle, which increases the production output by one time.

A: It depends. But we can give some ideas. It is safe to run the lathe for turning jobs at a feeding rate of 1,200mm/min. Assuming the wood blank is 1.2-meter-long and the design can be finish by two times of stepdown, it will take 1 minute for the wood lathe here (with dual lathe tools) to complete that. And for this reason, most regular wood pieces can be finished in 1 minute around.
• Two pieces wood lathe tools design, one for roughing and one for finishing, a table leg is finished by one-time machining.
• A steady rest would come with the lathe; It is used to stabilize thin workpieces to avoid workpiece swing due to high-speed turning. The sheath's default diameter is 66mm, and other sizes can be made to order according to actual needs.
