• This small rubber hammer is used in the automatic feeding mechanism to position the wood blank and to knock off the turned workpiece.

• The EA-7020 uses secure center-supported workholding to position the wooden blank during turning. Combined with the automatic loading mechanism, this configuration is designed for stable and repeatable production of rotational wooden components. A drive motor is located at the end of the headstock.

• The dead center on the tailstock is secured using a spindle spring collet mechanism, rather than a standard Morse taper unit.

• A 7.5 kW spindle motor provides the power required for efficient CNC wood turning. High spindle speed up to 3516RPM supports efficient turning of suitable wooden workpieces.

• Its CNC-controlled turning capability allows manufacturers to produce different workpiece profiles while maintaining consistent dimensions across repeated parts.

• The profile turning of the workpiece relies on two linear motion axes of the machine: the X-axis moves radially, and the Z-axis moves axially.

• Two 750 W AC servo motors independently drive the X and Z linear axes, delivering fast, precise and responsive movement for high-speed CNC wood turning.

• Equipped with two dedicated cutting tools, the machine automatically switches between them using a pneumatic cylinder, allowing each tool to perform different cutting operations.

• The electrical cabinet is situated on one side of the lathe and contains the drive units for the linear axes and the spindle. The door seals tightly when closed, preventing chips from entering the cabinet and causing malfunctions in the components.
