2024 NEW ATC CNC with Drill Head Features

• Good Fabrication Technics: the mounting basic surfaces and mounting holes of the linear rails and racks on the machine base are precisely machined by the 5-axis metalworking CNC machining center.

• Robust Construction: The two uprights used to support the beam are all integrally cast and not welded structures.

• Auto Tool Change Spindle: HQD brand, 9.0kw, 24000rpm, ISO tool taper with ER32 collet.

• The row type tool magazine can get 6 tools accommodated here.

• Locking Seat: there is a locking seat device on one side of the beam, which is convenient for users to mount and dismount tools.

• Drill Block: It is a 2+2 horizontal drill bank, which can make holes on the 4 sides of the wood board.

• X/Y/Z axes are powered by Delta AC servo drivers & motors. The transmission mechanism is SHIMPO planetary gearcases. Fast, precise, and quiet.

• CNC control hardware WEIHONG NC60A: it is an industrial computer; compared with other models, it is more effective and compact. The hardware set consists of these: WEIHONG NC60A host, Lambda terminal board, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, and MPG. As for the software part, it is NC studio software’s original version, which adopts Phoenix bus communication mode.

• Interlock System on the Electronic Cabinet: when the door is closed and locked, the machine can work with electricity; To open the door, the operator must first unlock it, and the machine will be in a power-off state after unlocking. This is a measure to protect the personal safety of the operator.

• Most of the electrical components are installed in the electrical cabinet on the side of the machine. It has good airtightness and can prevent foreign objects such as dust and slag from falling into the components.

• Pneumatic material alignment pop-ups provide convenience for the wood board loading process.

• The vacuum pads work with the vacuum generator. This system is essential for the drilling process on the sides of the workpiece.

• Proximity Switches on X & Y: it can ensure that the motion of the X and Y-axis is carried out within a reasonable range. If it exceeds the range, the machine triggers the switch to stop the movement.

• Dual lubricator design: since the Z-axis ballscrew is at the highest position of the machine, to ensure that it can be well lubricated, we have set up an individual lubrication system for it. XY share a set of the lubrication system. FYI, the ordinary machine only has one set of lubricators.

• The vacuum adsorption platform is divided into 6 small adsorption areas, each area can be on or off separately.
