Two Sets ATC Router Loading - EagleTec CNC New Shipment

A customer from the EU country ordered two ATC CNC machines from us a few months ago.  On October.22 of 2021, we got them loaded in a 20 feet container. They are one set 2000mm x 3000mm ATC CNC with drill block and one set 1300mm x 2500mm linear ATC CNC router machine. You may ask, how do we load two cnc machines into a 20 feet container at the same time? Well, this is a good question. The conventional packing way will definitely not work. We did this by first disassembling the machine partly (SKD), then stacking the small one on top of the large one to form a second floor, and finally loading them into the container.

The general steps are as follows

We knocked down the gantry of the two ATC CNC machines. The large table is first placed on the steel-based pallet.

We stacked the small table on top of the big table, and then lay a gantry on top of the small bed.

The other gantry and other accessories are placed on the large table, and they are fastened tightly with ropes.

Wrap the two cnc router machines tightly with waterproof material.

Getting them loaded into the container.

After loading the container, lock it with the seal. The ATC Routers were then trucked to the port of shipment.

How were the two machines look like before disassembly

The big one:

It is a cnc router with ATC (row-type), drill block, and 2000mm x 3000mm machining area.

• HQD auto tool changing spindle 9.0kw, 24000rpm, with ISO tool tapers

• 2+2 horizontal drill bank

• Delta AC servo motors 1300W, holding brake on Z-axis

• SHIMPO planetary gearcase

• WEIHONG NC60A CNC control system with MPG

• Vacuum pads & vacuum generator

• Vacuum bed & vacuum pump

• Pneumatic material alignment pop-ups

The small one:

This is a conventional automatic tool changer cnc machine with a 1300mm x 2500mm working size.

• HQD auto tool changing spindle 9.0kw, 24000rpm, with ISO tool tapers

• Delta AC servo motors 750W, holding brake on Z-axis; dual drive on Y-axis.

• SHIMPO planetary gearcase

• WEIHONG NC60A CNC control system with MPG

• Vacuum bed & vacuum pump
