Columns, beam, and the Z-axis are the most important parts of determining the accuracy of a CNC milling machine. Our machines are specially designed in these three areas. 

• The column is made of thick-walled steel plate; the mounting bases for the beam and linear bearings are all finished by the HAAS machining center from the US. The machining accuracy is perfectly controlled within 0.02mm and is guaranteed from the beginning of production. 

• The raw material of the beam is increased to 300x400mm square steel with a wall thickness of 10 mm. Large diameter round steel is used as the reinforcing rib and cross-welded inside the beam. 

• Z-axis slide plates are also added reinforcing ribs, which greatly improve the mechanical strength and ensure the stability during processing; and the entire Z-axis assembly is completed on a high-precision assembly platform; this is to ensure assembly accuracy.

• The polystyrene milling machine base is designed with double ribs and the stress generated by the welding is eliminated by vibration stress relief process technology. All of its assembly base level is finished by 5-axis CNC machining center from Taiwan. Its processing accuracy is dozens of times higher than that of ordinary gantry planers.

• The polystyrene milling cnc machine comes with a CE-compliant Electronic house with interlock protection and individual air conditioning system. And the cabinet has reliable protection against the ingress of wood dust.

• Interlock protection: the door cannot be opened when power on. The door can only be opened after the power switch off.

• The air-conditioning system provides reliable cooling of electric drive units within the specified temperature range and prolongs their lifespan.
