What Benefits Can a 3 Independent Head Router Offer To Us?

• In addition to the shared Y axis, each head has its own X and Z axes, which is the point of the independent head design.

• Each head can be triggered individually, as per your production needs, you can use all the 3, or 1 or 2 of them only. Hence, three Independent Heads offer more flexibility on the operation. It can serve as a one-head, two-head, or three-head machine. See, you can operate it in different ways. Isn't it awesome?

• The inactive head can be temporarily moved to one end of the beam so that the active head can have the largest possible working range. This is not available in a multi-spindle cnc router.

Triple Head CNC Router Features

• The equipped spindles are original HSD spindles from Italy.

• We get all the electrical components accommodated in the individual floor-standing electrical control cabinet. They are installed on both sides of the mounting plate.

• Three sets of inverters are equipped with three machine heads, one for each head. The benefit of this design is that the failure of any one of them will not affect the good operation of the rest of the heads. EagleTec adopts the Fuling brand, which is the best and the most reliable VFD in China.

• There are eight sets of drivers equipped with eight sets of stepper motors, one for each motor. The same, EagleTec adopts the most reliable driver in China – YAKO YKA2811MA.

• As for the small electronics in the electric house, to ensure the reliable performance of the CNC, EagleTec always adopts great quality ones like SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, or Omron.

• All the operation buttons and switches come with English labels.

• All the wiring terminals come with English labels.

• Original PMI linear guide rails & bearings from Taiwan.

• To provide convenience for wood sheet positioning, 5 pieces of pneumatic material alignment pop-ups are quipped with the EagleTec three head wood cnc router; 2 in front and 3 on the left side of the bed.

• The router machine comes with a WEIHONG Lambda 3S CNC controller and original MPG. (manual pulse generator)

• The machine is equipped with a unique divider for dust collecting hoses; any channel can be controlled on and off by a solenoid valve. This unit offers us the advantage that the inactive head does not divide the flow of the dust cleaner, so it ensures that the flow of the vacuum cleaner is as large as possible, no matter how many heads you run.

• The EagleTec 3 head cnc router comes with a two-function vacuum bed. With it, the material plate could be clamped by vac-sorb or T-slot fixtures.

• The vacuum bed are divided into six small zones and each zone can be switched on and off via the valves on the front side of the machine.
