• At the front of the slatwall machine, you'll find a handy movable loading platform made up of several rollers and a bracket. It's securely bolted to the machine, but don't worry—It's also designed to easily slide aside, making it super convenient for you when you need to install or change the tool.
• Downstream of the loading platform is the cutting area, which features a powered conveyor system that moves the MDF board from front to back, completing the slot cutting process.
• The conveyor system is powered by a 1.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motor. You can easily adjust the transmission speed thanks to a frequency converter that lets you change the motor's speed as needed. This means you can tailor the operation to fit your requirements perfectly!
• Passing the cutting area, we came to the unloading platform. It is an automatic lifting platform. With this setup, when a board comes off the machine, it will land right on the platform. Then, the platform will automatically lower to match the thickness of the board, getting ready for the next one. It's a clever and efficient way to keep things moving smoothly!
