What Software Is Used for 30W Fiber Laser Marking Machine?

Software is determined by the hardware of the control system. A genuine control card from BJJCZ is used as the laser marking control system; Correspondingly, the EzCad software from the same company is used for programming & operating software on the EagleTec fibre laser marking machine. 

Do We Need to Make Any System Setting in Fiber Laser Marking Software?

If it refers to the parameter setup for the laser part marking machines, that job has been already done by us before delivery. Additionally, one soft copy of EzCad with all settings saved there will be provided to you together with your machine. So, in case if any setting got wrong by mistake, simply use the copy to cover your old software. You can rest assured that there will not be setting issues for you.  

The only thing you need to do with software is to create your marking or engraving content there.

Does This Machine Have Auto-Focus?

Yes, it is coming with a self-focusing function. Actually, not only autofocus, it gets manual focus mode involved as well. You can use any mode of both as you like.

FAQs about Enclosed Fiber Laser Marker Machine

I am curious if the optional 50W has a 300x300mm field.

This model can come with a 50W laser source.  

The 300x300 field is possible, but this option will get the machine to have constraints on the object's thickness. Due to the space limitation of the shell, our column height can only be 520mm; and the focal length required for a 300x300 field lens is 465mm. According to calculations, it only leaves us with an operable height of only 55mm.  

In other words, if a 300x300 field lens is applied to this machine, the maximum thickness of the material that can be engraved does not exceed 5cm. That's fine if your object thickness falls into this range. (The material thickness limit here refers explicitly to the material that we must engrave 300x300.)  

Suppose your materials for 300x300mm engraving are not over 5cm, while the materials for 200x200mm engraving are over that. In that case, we can get the machine equipped with two field lenses, one 300x300 and one 200x200. In this way, when we need to engrave 300x300, we use the 300 field lens; when we need to mark 200x200, we can switch to the 200 field lens.
